Well I've got a domain and stuff, can't get the kids to help with it.... so I'm stuck trying to do it :( The host has pagewizard and fantastico, I don't want to have to buy FrontPage, does anyone have any experience with Joomla? The reviews seem good but I need some easy to use software to manage the content on my site.

HELP!!!!!!! :(

Will- Coffee Cup Software , I wanted to do my webpage a certain way and all the coders told me it couldn't be done. That is not the thing to say to me, so I rolled up my sleeves and decided to do it myself, even though I never coded a single line of HTML in my life. I got some good reviews about Coffee Cup, and so I tried their 30 day trail editor for free. In less than 10 days I had my web page finished. I could have called it good and walked away but these folks so impressed me that I bought the full software package and I am glad I did. It was still way cheaper than any other software on the market and they give me free lifetime upgrades! Don't you hate it when you pay for software and then 6 months later you have to buy it all over again when they have released version 7 and you are still working with 3.0:mad:! I get an e-mail with a link to the newer software whenever it is available. The program is set up so you can use the templates as a total beginner, or go right into an HTML editor screen if you really know your stuff. The program is still invaluable to me today.

Joomla is a great content manager, but is more about who gets to see what than about easy coding.

If you want to try something simple that you may already have, try Microsoft Word. It comes with a pretty simple wizard. Not real powerful but quite easy to get up and running.

Rob!
