I didn't mean for you to think I'd for one minute believe you'd give up your Mac  ;) :D you asked for a way to get around your problem and use a mac also and you said the forum you were on had no answers to it ..
the PC use I meant for just the web work only...once up and on the www back to you Mac B.A.U. business as usual

with what you have to work with now and a good program you'd kick out the new site less then a day..
but I see your point too...But answer your phone :D

Thanks for the link Dan.

Dave, You turn out some serious projects in your shop.
The armor is inspiring, to say the least. I printed a copy and tacked it to the door that goes into my shop. It hangs there along with photos of my son, students and favorite dog. Thanks for sharing, Fred

Fred that makes me smile. :D Wait'll it's done!

Dan I'm using the applications and hosting that I am for the simple reason it's easy. I could've built it the traditional way but then it wouldn't have looked as good and it would have taken months. Which means I just wouldn't have done it. I've tried a number of html editors and they work fine - if you build it from scratch. I just didn't want to make that much effort.

What I hope is that a future version of iWeb will allow a bit of input for meta data. That would help a lot.

Thanks for all the input folks!

Well once I knew the word was 'armilary', then found the correct spelling was 'armillary', with two 'l's, I found it somewhere on a website. There was an image as well and I thought, "that looks like an astrolabe". That site mentioned the plural was 'armillary'. Wikipedia has some information, but it wasn't the site I found, and it wasn't the normal dictionary site I use. All very mysterious and not in Interent history either. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armillary

Your page reads a lot better now. I realised after I was writing about search engine placement, that you are too busy already. However one day you might be looking for some extra work. It takes about 2 years of hard slog to get to the top of the search engine ranking for the keywords you have chosen.

Andrew thanks for sticking your neck out and offering your suggestions. It still needs some work but you put me on the right track. What's really ironic about this is I have a pet peeve about writing - too many authors rely too heavily on "style" when the very best writing is utterly transparent. Then I write something like that. :o Thing is, writing is hard. I'm better off grinding and polishing stuff.

:D
