I understand that 1sKs is top notch, but I have not yet placed an order with them myself. Plus, the owner of that site also owns and operates Bladeforums.com.
I have had good luck dealing with PVK.com, located in New England, but I've also heard others say that they've been less than totally satisfied with them.
They are sometimes slow to ship or to reply to an e-mail but I've always gotten my knives eventually.
