Made it this weekend. One of my 'Profilers' made from a 12" Nicholson file, tempered down to 58-60rc. This one is 8 1/2" long, 4" cutting edge, 4 1/4" Cocobolo handle w/ 'Pandora's Box' Mosaic pins, 3/16" thick. Quite comfortable in the hand. Comes w/ 7oz. leather handstiched sheath similar to the one shown, your choice Tan or Black leather. $85 shipped conus w/ 100% mbg. Thanks for looking.Sold pending funds

I was wondering if you made any in this size range of 8 1/2" long, 4" cutting edge or so. Throw an email at me anytime?
 
Do you anneal grind and re heat treat when you make these knives? Or, do you just rind the hardened steel? I noticed that you mention that you re-temper the steel back to 59 to 60 rockwell, it sounds like you grind the hardened steel as is.
