I need to do a quick sale over the weekend to raise some money quickly. I just spent a good bit of money to get a bunch of very high grade Australian wood this morning. My boss expressed a bit of concern over the purchase so I figured if I sold a bunch of wood over the weekend everything would be cool.

These are blocks are the extra hard and heavy redwood burl. Normally they sell for about $20 to $25 each. For the sale they are all priced at $15 each. If you get 5 or more you only pay $10 each. Might be time to stock up.

These extra nice blocks that will make some stunning knife handles. Photos make them look lighter than real life. There may be some small open eyes of tiny hairline checks that will need a drop or two of CA glue. If you need a block cut into scales, just let me know. US Shipping is $2.50 for 1 block or free if you get 2 or more. Canada Shipping is $10 for up to 4 blocks. The rest of the world is $12 for up to 4 blocks.

I'll take 6 and 16. How do I pay you with paypal? If you were to cut into 3 pieces for scales (for 2 x 5 width scales) about what thickness would they be? Would this work and do you charge for this service? Thank you, Ben

You can post your email address here or send me an email or PM with your email address. Just click on my user name next to my avatar to send a message. That way I can send you a paypal money request. That enables you to pay securely with a credit card or from your bank account.

As for cutting into scales. The pieces you selected are 5 x 2 x 1" If I split the thickness and cut 2 scales they would be about 3/8" thick or just a hair over. If you wanted 3 scales from a block they would be about 1/4" thick each.

I will mark these sold for you. When I get your email I can send the info to make payment. After that is completed I will cut the scales how you like and get them in the mail to you.

I would recommend 2 scales per block at no charge.
