Wegner/pivot pin

Does the Wegner have the same "eccentric" pivot pin design as found on the Military?

Hi Deon - I don't think it does, but if I'm worng I'm sure Sal will correct me on this. Sal already stated in another post that the Wegner Jr. does not have the eccentric pivot pin.
