IMHO the nod goes to Victorinox but not by much. As already cited in this thread, fit and finish, in general, seems a little better on the Victorinox than the Wenger. Of the models I've owned and used though the differences are small and the production variances can give the nod to one brand over the other depending on the particular knife you are handling.
