This is a MINT framelock by Reese Weiland, serial #004 of his Saber Claw folder. Everything on this knife is designed to be ambidextrous in use: the satin shark style blade, 3 1/2" S30V of 5/32" stock, is double ground, dual thumb studs, and has double swedges. The handles are tapped for both sides, tip up, and the thick titanium has thumb ramps on both sides for ease in opening. The action is super smooth and lock up is rock solid. The handles are bb'd with chamferred and orange peel edges, and a file worked steel backstrap. The handle design has a palm swell that allows positiive control in all grips without breaking the sweep of the design. It ends in a skull crusher boat tail. This knife is 8 1/4" open, and has great balance along with a low profile. Reese has a 1 year backlog and charges $550 for these sleek knives.
