I don't know what this would mean to a Freudian but:

In a recent dream I was going into the wilderness and had to decide who was going with me; Bear Grylls, Les Stroud, or Ray Mears.

Bear kept encouraging me to eat elephant poo.

Les kept cutting himself on his harmonica.

Ray kept patting his pockets and asking the other two if they could spare a match.

Don't ask me what it means.

Well, according to Freud it means that your either gay or wish to marry your mother. Take your pick!

Buck,

That's why I'm not a Freudian.

Marcinek,

I took Grylls because I figured I could take shelter from severe weather in either of his nostrils and still have room to park the car...I mean is that a beak or what...seriously, I don't remember but if I had to make the choice, I'd take my wife.

I was required to study Freud and trying to major in psych. Alot of his theories and ideas are now widely rejected. Who would really agree with freud that everything has to include incest and pleasure from sucking, taking dumps and wacking off? he was not right in the head. But anyways it seems like you are watching too many of those survival shows and its getting to your head. Best thing to do is go out there and go backpacking!!!

Kev,

I read that to my wife, she's a psychologist, and she nearly crapped her pants laughing but she has Crohn's Disease so that's not that unusual. She stopped laughing long enough to gasp something about coke fiends with Oedipal complexes.

wait, so shes laughing about the humor in the post or is she laughing because she thinks what i say is wrong?

The humor...the humor. Freud had a little problem with cocaine and...he liked his mother...alot. My wife wants to know if you're seeing anybody for your insecurity issues.

haha :p I am a very curious person and am always very curious about other peoples thoughts, actions etc.

I would simply gut Bear Grylls Tahn Tahn style, then have Mears make me a skin tent and let Stroud use the Bear meat to snare Rabbits.
