Some constructive criticism on the above video ^^

That was pretty painful to watch.

Got mine in today! It is super cool! Very happy to see the return of the nylon taco pouch as well :)

Nice job with this one!

How are you supposed to use the pocket clip? To clip it to the front of your pocket instead of the back? To turn the knife around and clip it backwards?

It works just fine for me clipped normally to the back of my pocket. I thought it would be weird, but then I tried just putting it in my pocket like any other knife and it seem to be fine.

Can you share a pic if you don’t mind? I’m not grasping the concept well

Video here:

Excuse the bit of awkwardness in the video - I was doing that with my left hand (I'm right handed). I like the ambidextrous nature of the knife, so I'm playing with carrying it on my left side, as a nice left hand one hand open/close blade. I've been looking for a blade thats easy to handle with my off hand, since I am sometimes holding stuff with my right hand that suddenly needs to be cut.

Anyway, I was definitely overthinking the pocket clip thing at first too, but for me if you just use muscle memory as with any other knife it seems to work fine.

Thanks for posting. Looks like the only way it works if if you turn it around so the spine of the blade faces the pocket.

That's not the only way it works, that's just the only way it's been shown so far. Other knives have used a similar clip style without issue. The pocket might curve in a little bit where the clip sits, but it should function like any other.

If it sits at the back of your pocket, as I (and many others) usually carry my knives, the spine of the blade will be forward facing.

For that reason, I’m out.

Can the pocket clip be removed? I’m one of those weirdos that usually removes the pocket clip from all of my knives. I won’t buy a knife where the pocket clip is integral to the assembly of the knife. Any owners that can answer this, I’d be very appreciative!

not if you put it in your pocket with the spine to the rear, as you should. Unless your pockets are made of aluminum paneling the fabric will simply curve under the clip. There's absolutely no reason you would have to put the knife in your pocket backwards.

It’s not going to stay in place like that.

In this case, does it really make a difference? It doesn't affect the ergos and doesn't project off the side of the handle
