And to give a gift to myself because of it, I bought myself a Gerber Pro Guide 2 caper for 30 bucks and a Smith's precision sharpening kit for 15 bucks too.


also where can I get some better instructions to use it.
 
I think your problem was shared by a lot of people. I was lucky in that I could get on the forums from my work computer or I would have been going through withdrawal.
It sure is good to be able to reach the forum from home again, and as of today the speed in loading is back as well. Yesterday it was taking forever to load anything.
