Well, Drew (Corduroy) and his girlfriend Beth have been here in Denver for a week, and he is due back in Boston tomorrow (Tuesday). He's anxious to get back to the forums, he told me over the weekend he was having withdrawals! So I thought we could give him some welcome back messages to make his day.

They've been here at Spyderco several times, got the grand tour and then some, I'm sure he'll have lots to say about it. Hubby and I took them out to dinner Saturday night, had them over to the house, and we all had a great time. They are wonderful folks, and it was very nice to have them around for a few days.

Welcome back Corduroy!

Danelle,
Thanks for watching out for my good buddy...I have been wondering for days how things were going and have been awaiting the Little Bear's return.

Welcome back Drew!!

Geez, I've got so much Bladeforums to read through, see how long it took me to spot this? The Spyderco crew were great; Beth and I made trips to the Zoo, Museum, Butterfly garden, and many other cool Denver sites, but the Spydie tour was definitely the high point of our trip! Thanks again so much.

I will post a full report of the trip as soon as I work through this huge backlog of forum stuff. I also have much email to attend to, if folks have been trying to get a hold of me there. But once I clear the table, I'll try to recount the whole Spydie visit and whatever juicy info I can share. Beth and I also brought some new friends home with us that I will say a few words about - most are familiar, but there is one with a gray handle that's pretty new and exciting.

Anyhow, I'm not sure if Spyderco will ever get enough traffic to justify installing a Disneyland-style tram system for tours, but if you are a fan like me and can make the "pilgrimage," I strongly recommend the trip. Meet some of the nicest folks ever and see what makes the Spydie line the best full-production folders you can buy!

Hmmm... gray handle, new & exciting?? I wonder what that could be.

Drew, I was just going to pen about my tour, but since you took the whole trip and seem to have had alot more time there than I did ( we were going through to Cheyanne Wy, and could only spend an hour or so there.

I will just add tidbits from my trip when you post yours.
