Welcome Everybody

Well, I must first say thank you to all who have supported Gurkha House during it's rough-and-tumble development (still a work in progress, I should say
smile.gif
). Also thanks to Marya, who kept GH going while I was away in Nicaragua, and who keeps things going as my business partner.

As for the forum, Blackdog and I want to welcome and encourage comments, questions, and discussions about any and all khukuri and khukuri related topics, as well as the great conversations that seem to start that, well, aren't so khukuri related . . .

A few short rules for the forum (spoken as a former rule-breaker):

1) Follow the Bladeforums code of conduct. You can find it at: http://www.bladeforums.com/faqs/faq-rules.html

2) Give people the benefit of the doubt - the first time around. I know that on the internet, perception is reality. But we only ask that you rebuke in a spirit of respect. Of course, for the potential bad apple - have at'em!

I look at the non-specific forum as a place where newbie manufacturers (or other industry people) can "audition" for a forum of their own.

The non-specific forum? I'm sure there'll still be traffic there. Busse and EDI can beef up their participation now that all of us crazy khukuri heads are out of the way

Congratulations Craig. I'm really glad to see the GH forum. I did not know that it even existed until I just happened to see it while looking for something else.

 
Everybody: The response here is overwhelming. I didn't know there were so many of you who checked the non-specific! Most of the people who rely on me for entertainment have been my neighbors - watching my car slide out of my driveway and hit a tree because I didn't put the break on (true story)!

Blackdog and I will try to keep things interesting around here. Maybe a web-cam of me juggling a few 20 inch ang kholas :0
