A week from tomorrow my daughter was born (I know I'm late) at 1234, 7lbs 6oz, 21in. I just wanted to let y'all know as we're both really happy and mom's doing great. My wife showed some real sand in giving birth; I'm incredibly proud of her. My daughter's name is Laurel Mackenzie and she's gonna grow fast, I know, but I can't wait to have her along for woodswalks and archery time. Now if I could only get some sleep...

That's just wonderful. I'm glad the entire family seems to be doing fine. My newest additon, a second daughter, will be born in April. Great times tromping the woods in the years ahead, I can't wait.
