As an owner an admirer of even just a few of your knives, and a veteran of the process of waiting in anticipation of their arrival, I'd like to welcome you, Jerry, to the Forum, if it's not too presumptuuous of me to do so.
I think this Busse forum is a great idea and Jerry's willingness to participate is a strong indication of the importance he attaches to customer relations and the confidence he has in his knives and his company. I have just one caveat: don't spend too much time online: we need you making those incredible knives. From what I've seen, Andy has been a great source of info and help.
Honestly, it's great to have you here. This Forum is an incomparable resource for all of us who love and use, buy or sell knives.

As another fan and owner of Jerry's work (and soon another, if the planets align, I eat my Wheaties, and Andy received them soon), I also welcome this forum. Given the amount of traffic generated by all things Busse lately, it should sustain rather well.

C'mon, Jerry, we'll turn you into a "Senior Member" yet! LOL!

It could make sense if you consider that perhaps Jerry didn't participate in this forum at the beginning. I don't if it's true or not, but that's my best guess.

That's the date of when Busse first started their own forum here on BF.

If you go to the bottom of the forum, click on sort from beginning and then "ascending" it will put the Busse forum from first post to last post so you can actually read from the beginning. If you guys haven't done this, you should when you have free time. It is pretty cool.

oh no, i know its from the very begining, and it was an introduction to jerry for coming into the bladeforums community, but that was a long, long, time ago, and just by the post number on the forums is easy to see that he's been on for more then a year, wich is why the bump is so odd

i suppose that if you were under the impression that busse combat was just now coming onto the forums it would kind of make sense to welcome him to the boards, but again, its just odd considering the circumstances....

i guess as a reminder of when the forums first started
