Hello Everyone,
I am playing with different mechanisms to make modern steel have a vivid hamon and a traditional looking grain structure. This beautiful blade comes from my experiments. It is welded cable. It has been carefully polished and etched, and it is razor sharp. The photos do not approach how beautiful this is in person.
The blade is just under 11" long, with a slight distal taper.
I am selling just the blade for $175. No fittings, just blade. IF you want me to include some wood and steel or brass so you can have a kit, I will do so for an even $200. This is a beautiful modern blade with the visual appeal of a blade from centuries past.
