Update: Got the knife!
I'll upload some pics here in a bit. First impressions: WOW! This knife is freaking smooth. I've never had a 21 this smooth. They've always required some break in time. That's not necessarily a bad thing I just didn't expect it. Ergo's so far work for me. I like grooves overall and I never thought I'd say that. Blade shape is killer; beefy and robust. I feel this may be THE CRK for me.
I'll post pics tonight or tomorrow.
Oh and no pics of dinner; wife had to teach a class tonight so we had left overs.

The only thing I don't care about it was the lanyard. That was quickly removed and now all is well.

I really have no complaints against the Sebenza 21; it's a really great knife and I never thought I would like the finger grooves until I held a small Inkosi and a 25 at a knife shop this summer. I've been watching stock dwindle at KnivesShipFree for a couple of weeks and thought today would be a good day to order it.
First congratulations!! I'm jealous
Since you got to handle a 25 and now have a Large Inkosi, can you fell the different angle of the pocket clip? The 25 is my favorite CRK right now, that knife simply melts in my hand.
For some reason I thought the Inkosi had a hollow grind blade like the 21, but it sounds like it has a same Large Hollow as the 25?

Yea, I think the lanyard looks great but it always pokes out of my pocket and I don't care for that.

The pocket clip was my single biggest concern. Now, keep in mind that I've only "handled" a 25 for a few minutes in the store but I've owned several 21's. I had no issue with clip placement in terms of ergos on the 21. While the small Inkosi has the angled clip I knew that it's ergos would be different than the large so I was still concerned. I'm happy to report that in my handling there are no issues with the clip placement of the large Inkosi. So far this knife seems made for my hand.
As far as the grind; I believe you're correct. I think if you like the 25 you will appreciate the Inkosi.

But I have no real reason to upgrade to the Inkosi then.

I couldn't wait for the inlaid version. Although I am a sucker for natural micarta. I'm having a Sod Buster Jr. rehandled in it.
The keybar has been a game changer for my office keys!

yeah I've had one for the past year and just recently ordered another one (received it today actually).
Super cool about the Sodbuster Jr. I have a custom one in OD Canvas Micarta and LOVE it. (I'm a sucker for OD Canvas Micarta).
