It's just refreshing in today's world to find someone who cares at all. Within 30 minutes of my order, (which gave me the error message by the way) Vicki had called my house, left a message, and emailed me to try to straighten it out. She apparently got a double order and called to fix it.

I don't know of any other company that goes to those lengths to take care of its customers.

You just give her a big hug and tell her thanks from the folks she takes good care of.
 
I, also, received a hefty dose of "Lind customer service" and am completely happy and secure.

I know my 'fix' will arrive soon enough.

Got my fingers crossed for you on your server problems! :D

A Black Crinkle/Tiger AD and a Black Crinkle/Red G10 Meaner. Plus some excellent Dog Tags (especially "Hog of the Round Trough" and "SH-1A"). And all of the recent BATACS and GWs. Someone mentioned FFBMs, too, but I didn't notice those...
