I bought it 5 minutes ago and the postman is already late getting it here.
now I play the waiting game.

To help pass the time, you could always print out a photo of your new ESEE and put it in your pocket. When you start to feel sad you can pull out the photo and imagine yourself holding it! ..... Oh, and just make sure no one is looking.

I was fooling around with mine a while back and it was due for a sharpening so I convexed it. Had no idea what I was doing, but it turned out nice. I like it even more now! Probably my favorite RAT for sure.

I don't mean to derail this thread but could you post some pictures of your blade with the convex edge some time? I don't know a lot about convex edges but I'm interested in seeing how much of the finish you have to grind away to get a smooth, gradual, convex edge on these ESEE knives
