Well, i finally went ahead and ordered my first Strider, a first run SNG with the neat rainbow colored handle and tiger stripes, tanto was the only choice, but i like the looks of the Tanto, and since this knife is for my collection and not a user, i think its fine. I may get a stonewashed SNG2 spearpoint as a user down the road.
As someone who loves any product that is overengineered, and tougher than it needs to be, im really looking forward to receiving it, and though i own several somewhat pricey customs, i have a feeling that even at this knife's relatively low cost, im going to like it a LOT. I love my Sebenza for its incredible build quality and toughness, im hoping that this knife will deliver in this regard as well, and maybe even moreso. Got my fingers crossed.
