If the goal is to prevent infection, over the counter betadine, chlorhexadine, and isopropyl alcohol are more efficacious then neosporin. A gauze bandage might be considered over duck tape ;)

Phillip, could you please tell me the (A2?) steel thickness on that blue-gray shadetree Camp Nessmuk? And, if it's not too much trouble on this very busy morning for you, the length of the handle? If you don't have time, I understand.

Its fine brother. My wife loved this one. It went quick. Beautiful work. Thank you I'm going g to keep an eye out for more of your handy work.
 
Those thin scandi Handymen are flying out the door. A black micarta/canvas bolster over a nice burlap sans any colored accent would cause a nuclear meltdown ;)
