Well...It's Friday...

Today...my goal is to control myself. See if I can go at least one week this summer without buying a knife.

Good morning everyone. What are we looking for today?

Not really looking for anything today, I just got the Wingman this morning, and I had to put a new alternator on my truck earlier this week to the tune of $300. But I am watching for Gauchos and Kepharts with lighter, natural colored wooden handle scales for the project I am working on.

I'm really digging the Wingman, I will have fun with it over the next little while :)

Happy Friday everyone!

Another awesome batch!! I look through the pics and think "Abe would certainly take a nice picture of that one .. and that one .. and that one"

That honeycomb handle is very cool! Figures that I would have sold my only Ironwood this past week. :-/

oh and my idea of a Epic Nessmuk

I thought you guys nailed epic Nessmuk very well last week with this one. I would have given up an organ to be able to snag it for the project.,..but keeping the truck on the road took priority lol.

Like a couple a lot this week. That Nessmuk is sweeeeeet. Have been too slow to have any chance though [emoji33]

I have got to get away from this thread. They know I have a weakness for natural wood scales.

Visually I do too, but not so much in practical application in most cases. Though for the art project I am working on, natural wood is definitely my preference!

Now I have to clean the coffee up off my keyboard and screen. Literally. Laughing out loud.

I think this is about as much of the reason I hang out here so much as is Andy being one of my most treasured friends and me liking the knives so much. It's always like hanging out with close friends chatting, just not in person. Just hanging out here has helped me survive more tough times and struggles than I will ever want to list.

What a beautiful batch this week. I won't be near a computer to try for anything today unfortunately, but I would 100% for sure take a shot at that Nessmuk if it's 1/8 or less and the IW Bush Hermit if I could be around

That pair stands out the most for me, but there are a lot of fantastic knives this week. Good luck and congratulations all.
