Well...It's Friday...

Good morning everyone. Hope yall had a good week and have a great weekend. I'm going to try to leave a little early today so I can get a jump on the weekend. I do have to get a permanent crown installed this afternoon or tomorrow but that is no big deal. Our dentist is a personal friend and she will fit me in whenever I need to. She is only open M-Th but she will open her office and my wife will help her if needed.

Looking forward to see what Andy drops tonight. I'm sure it will be something good.

Good morning Fiddlefolks. Friday is here. This week went fast for me. Marley and I have been in Colorado all week. The wind has been blowing 25+mph every day but it didnt keep us from hiking our favorite trails and a couple new ones. Today we'll get one more hike in before we head home tomorrow. Have a great weekend and be safe.

Happy Friday! Getting a big run in the mountains tomorrow. The wife and I are training for an upcoming 50k. We ran 19 miles on valentine's day together. Hopefully 20 + miles tomorrow in the morning. NoRest NoRest There is something about the windy days outdoors that always takes it out of me. There is nothing like having an awesome day in the elements that are not favorable to make you really enjoy the cool down in the evening. Enjoy your last day!

Wow! Thats awesome! I could never do that but I still put on as many miles as I can hiking every day. It helps to have an amazing hiking partner like Marley.
Let's go!

Sounds great. When is the run, and where?
I ran one marathon, and and a dozen or so halves. Was a looong time ago; on the training runs, we would pass by this guy building a big wooden boat, with a bunch of animals hanging around, always in pairs.
Always wanted to try the Catalina marathon, and the Western States 100, but neither of those happened.

Terrapin Mountain 50k. It is March 21 in Big Island, VA.They offer a 1/2 marathon also. I have done the half 7 yrs straight and want to try the 50k. I ran the Promise Land 50k last spring and finished. I think I will be ready for this one. I'm never worried about my wife. She has many long races under her belt.

Would have been a good time to try Western States back then. That is a difficult race to get into now.

Good morning all. Hope everyone had a productive week. Our final inspections got all screwed up due to some AHJ issues but we have made good progress in the last few weeks. I'm working this saturday with the cleaners doing final clean to get ready for owner walk. Hopefully will have all finals by mid week and a CofC issued. The state is scheduled for their inspection first week of April then hopefully I can do a local job but we shall see. Looking forward to seeing what Andy drops tonight.

I'm beginning the process of acquiring adult braces - an unforgettable Friday.

Makes me want to buy a knife....I wish buying knives fixed my overbite.

My parents put braces on my brother and sister but when it came to me they cheaped out and I got a retainer. My teeth aren't very bad but my dentist says I have a cross bite whatever that is. She asked me one time if I was going to consider braces and I looked at her like she asked me if I wanted a tooth drilled with no meds. LOL

Good morning people. Been a busy week here but we are getting a lot done. I turned in my notice on my apartment so moving out in 30 days. Right now the plan is I will be doing a project about an hour from the house so I will be in my own bed. Hope everyone had a good week and a safe weekend. Going home today so will be probably sitting on the couch with my wife when the drop comes and like always she will watch and laugh at me. She can always tell if there is something I like and want because I will hop up to buy it. I don't know why but maybe I can push screen better standing up. 🤣 Hope everyone has a great day.

Good morning Fiddlefriends. Friday's here again. Its been quiet around here lately. Works been slow so Ive had plenty of time to do other things. I was just thinking back. Two years ago today I was in the hospital fighting for my life. Severe Ulcerative Colitis had taken me down fast. Couldn't eat and lost 70 lbs in a few weeks. I didn't think I was going to make it. After some surgeries and weeks in the hospital somehow I survived. Now Im thankful to be here every day. Life is crazy.

Man that yellow Lonestar is beautiful! It's one of my favorite models. If it weren't for the fact that I absolutely, positively, intend to so a lot of the photographs I am going to do on rainy days and in the rain, being as I live in a rain forest, I'd snag it. Even with my preference is for thicker than 3/32" thickness blades, for better inertia development in flick cuts in fields... But in order to maintain an atmosphere of reason in this project, I will have to use a synthetic handle naterial

Happy Friday all. Been waiting on this day. Leaving early today to go be with my bride for the weekend. We haven't been together in couple weeks. I was at Trackrock last weekend and she was in IN visiting a friend. Hope everyone has a great weekend and be safe. Can't wait to see what is dropping tonight.
