Are you on Comcast? I think it's blocking a whole subnet or something thinking there's a DDOS going on. Little do they know it's just us Fiddlebackers waiting for FF.

Yep, DD sucks for DDOS; I recommended spark to go with cloudflare, but it fell on deaf ears -- guess my sharking capabilities will be hobbled until NK decides to stop DDOS'ing bladeforums

I'm not sure which is safer today. Take my chances with the real sharks or the fiddleback cyber sharks. Beautiful sets and batches. Tough choices.

For some reason the FF page crashed for me but I still got the bocote Nessie! Thinnest taper on a nessie I've ever seen in my 4 months as an addict.

This is a known issue with the hosting company that hosts BF and is is an egregious (IMO) administration error that should send the BF team packing, looking for a new host. Its also bad for hosted subforums like Andy's and the other FBF family brands, since paying users will have their access intermittently blocked due to the hosts mis-configuration of Dot Defender. Inability to access the forum = loss of revenue for makers... it would be great if some of the makers piled on as well to emphasize the impact of this problem.

Between the DB issues that were happening regularly and still do occasionally, the Dot Defender stuff, Search not working, things are pretty rough in BF land.
I couldn't get into the FF post from my computer, so I was refreshing on my phone, and when I got in, the first few posts had already snagged the knives I was after.
