Shipping difference was returned to my acct all is well with the world :D
Bottom line I will be ordering again from these people as they have made it right.
Advice is to get a shipping price before placing an order.
Better yet go thru the salesman Carl and he will take of you!

Steel has HT just fine without any voids pitting or warping.
 
I just finished an 01 blade from steel I got from them. Three small pockets appeared in the ricasso during the finish sanding. You guys let me know how things work for you.
