Well, that hurt....(Warning Graphic)

Lemme guess a repeat of a "one-handed opening" quick draw?
Its times like these that we should thank our lucky stars
For having been born with 2 hands (that is, if you still have 'em intact).
Being accident prone, it pays to be extra careful
but more importantly to start using the other hand
And become perfectly ambidextrous.

Thankfully my Bugout just barely got me last night. Nothing like the OP but it is officially mine now.

I do have a couple of recent scars from my Boker Chickenhawk Tomahawk. Its a clone of the American Kami MicroAx. It really loves me and while I didn't get stitches, one of the cuts was damn deep.

Negative, the pic with Doc in the background, I was opening the package on "Tickle me Elmo" for my then 3yr old son in the parking lot of Wal Mart. My fault and I know better, but for some reason I was cutting toward myself. Knife got caught on some plastic, being the genius I am, gave her more power and wham!

I grab the blowout kit in my truck one handed, other hand was being used as a makeshift tourniquet. An off duty fireman happened to walk by and recognized I was in distress, offered to wrap me up. I accepted o_O

What I paid at the ER for those stitches I could have bought a Sebenza! And that's with insurance.

j/k. Cutting yourself on your knife is part of the hobby. I managed to almost slice my left pinky off on a street sign when I had a bicycle accident, that's not part of bicycling.:D

Welcome to the club. I think every knife should come with a bandaid because almost everyone I know who has an Izula and tried to wrap it got cut.

My ZT Dealer actually throws in a roll of gauze with each knife (and a knife stand) :D:thumbsup:

Lol I like it!

Haven't got bit too bad by a blade recently thank goodness. Had a piece of window glass from my parents house slice through the top of my hand..2 veins and bone. That didn't feel too good and it looked and bled fairly decent until they closed it up.

duct tape fix....no need for a doctor on that one.:)

Yeah, I got bit pretty bad over the weekend myself on my new to me KME while practicing on a cheap Chinese Kershaw.

Cut a pretty good chunk off the tip of my thumb. Won't be carrying any thumbstud or Spydie hole knives til this one heals up. lol
