The magic minute did indeed turn out to be 01:56pm EST. So anything at 01:55 and 01:57 missed out. I don't think there is a way to know the exact seconds of the post, otherwise Jerry might have chosen to go +/- 30 seconds from the millionth. Based on the 19/27 position of the millionth post in that magic minute, I think it's safe to say it was at at least 01:56:30 EST.
