Well used blades

Been carrying this for about 15-17 years and it's seen its share of abuse. Aside from opening mail, packages, etc. on a daily basis, this knife has ripped up tons of carpeting, linoleum, caulk, and even grout:eek:. It used to have a tanto blade and a lot more serrations :D It's always kept sharp and pictured below, it will shave the hair off your arms. I also use it to carve out a perfect hole in my cigars.

Wow. It has lost almost all of its teeth.

This one's long gone (regrettably) and has since passed hands twice (that I know of) since I sold it. It was just a great knife:cool::thumbup:

has gutted more fish and animals than all my other knives combined:

Favorite hunting knife:

Machete

Kitchen knife:

KA-BAR

Not a lot of wear on that Ka-bar. Is that the once with the rubberized grip? If so, what do you think of it?

What's left of a Benchmade M2 steel Nimravus; it's been reground to a full zero grind (not by me) and although ugly holds a special spot in my collection.

It absolutely destroys cardboard and has cut miles of it.:cool: I added a slight micro bevel for strength.

That blade finish is tough to wear off - there's enough. no, that's the original leather stack but I take care of it to ward off mold and mildew. It gets a beeswax treating when it needs it.

How do you go about applying beeswax to leather like that? I have only ever used it on my bowstrings.

Dat BeWharned. And yes, more pics!

The BeWharned is a great folder and I carry it regularly.

More pics; despite not showing a lot of wear in these pictures, all of these of have been used quite a bit. They clean up like new though... ;):D:thumbup:

Thanks for lots of info. You bring up a good point about not having a tip though. Would you recommend the buck over the becker bk9 of you've had experience with it?

And so I'm not totally off topic, here's a knife!

What knife is that?
