well....what are the B13ers gonna do now???

Well, I am kinda glad that it did not get designed to my spec. I am not getting one, but I am glad that most like it. I wanted it to be straight edged, 0.2- 0.22" thick and flat ground. Either Satin or double cut would be my choice. Since none of my specs made it to the final version, I am out. But I cannot wait to see this one being used.
 
TG Dagger. ...that is an interesting idea. And Cobalt....I totally agree... but am still getting one of these. I decided a while back I wanted both the bolo and basic version. Personally I would have still peed in my pants if it was exactly like a B11 but 2 inches longer.......either way...still had wet britches.

My thought exactly. The 0.25" thick saber grind just defeat the original purpose of bolo design which is to clear bush/vine in the jungle while retain reasonable chopping power... this is IMO just an another hardcore chopper.

Time for a thread to push the Infi Folder.....

As far as the 13asic 13olo 13 goes, we are talking 13" of Infi for under $400....you guys is crazy if you don't get it while it's available. I can't wait to see a stripper.

Now for the real debate....which is King??? The 13asic, The WTF, or the HNWS......
 
Out of those I'd say the WTF would be too hot ta handle, too cold ta hold.

For me it's the HUCK. But no being sure until we get a chance to use it.
 
OTW Kings:
For use I am certain it will be the BB13 CG or BG
For INFI value obviously the BB13 CG
For satin wow definitely WTF Custom
For for coated wow, toss up between HUCK & BB13
For awesomeness: all of them :D
 
The BB13 wasn't the thINFI I was hoping for (although still an awesome value for a heavy chopper). Maybe I should go back to asking for the B14 Golok I'd originally suggested.

I don't mind the design and I could do it if it was thinner or flat ground and satin, DC or comp finish. I am no longer a settler. No more coated blades for me.
