Well, Whatcha Think??

Hello,

VERY NICE JOB!!

Kind of reminds me of a RifleMans Bowie
pattern,(i like bowies) Looks like it has Nice Lines, and symetry. Keep up the Good work!!!!!

Take care,
Allen Blade

Thanks Allen!! I've made alot of bowies, but this one just seems flow better than my others.I'm not sure what it is, but it just fits the hand so nice. I'm going to make this style a regular and make a couple a month, unless there is a higher demand for them. I wonder if a smaller version with a full tang might make a good hunter? Take care Forumites!! michael

Great Looking knife!! Excellent job! Keep it up!!

And hey, don't listen to all the static about 440-c steel for blades. Regardless of what anyone says, it makes a terrific steel of choice when tempered properly. I use it on just about all of the knives I make and have never had one complaint from my customers. I even carry a drop point around the dairy farm and while hunting. I use it on a daily basis cutting hay string on big round bales, feed sacks, rope, deer and other game during hunting season. You can't beat the stuff for a hard working knife that needs no maintenance. Just my 2 cents worth!
