I’m 90+ % sure this is NitroV steel, as I purchased from Dave direct, mid 2019, and all of his IG posts with Tracker Jr.‘s at that time were NitroV. If not, the only other option would be 80CrV2. Again,, 90+ % sure, it is NitroV.
Specs from Wenger Blades site:

Comes with Coffee Sack micarta scales, the original Kydex ‘scout’ carry sheath, as well as a beautiful Sagewood Gear leather rig, which can be used Drop style, or Scout style right or left hand. Sagewood Gear sheath was around $140-$150 at the time, and I believe Brian (Gustad @ Sagewood), is not taking any custom sheath orders.
