Wenger Standard Issue availability

It seems like the Vic Soldier will be discontinued as the new Soldier knife is brought into production. Will the Wenger SI also be discontinued? Has anyone heard if Wenger will also produce the new Soldier?

Vic has sole rights to the Swiss Army contract, I've heard. As far as the SI's future, I'm not sure.
