Wenger Tool ID

I've had this new Wenger Tool for 10+ years and just "rediscovered" it in the bottom of my toolbox.

Does anyone know anything about this model ?

I have one with a red handle that is similar. Not sure of the tool selection though. I dont see them very often...not sure what that means. lets wait for someone who knows more, I am curious also.
