Went Fishing Today

Had an 80 degree day today, so my daughter and I went fishing. A little windy, but otherwise a real nice day. Just thought I would share some pics.

Knives of the day. My "never leave home without it" Vic Soldier, modified Case Moose, and a Wenger Clipper. The Clipper is one of the handiest tacklebox knives I`ve come across. It has the little blade and file, but more important to me are the scissors, and fold out nail clippers. Great for cutting line close to hooks.

Looks like a pretty lake!

I hope my daughter will still want to go fishing with me when she grows up!

Hey, I had one of those days yesterday too! Was catching bass about every three or four casts for a couple hours, but I was laughing every time I reeled one in.

May see if I can find some bigger ones today, but a pretty severe front came through. It was 90F while I was fishing yesterday afternoon, and now it's about 45F!

Looks like y'all had a great time, though. The bite is starting to pick up a bit more now. Should be very fun soon!
 
Looks a bit windy on the water, but appears to be perfect weather. What is Doc doing there? hahahaha
 
Looks like good weather, except the wind. Yep, I hope to get out to go fishing tomorrow, had to work today. Supposed to be a great day :thumbup:

It was a little windy, and 83 degrees! I even got a little sunburned on my arms and face. Every time we go there, that old guy is there with his fly rod.
 
John that looks like fun and you are right that fellow in the back ground does look like DOC LOL. They say we all have a twin some where in the world.
