Went To The Eccks show in N.Y. Today

Hey, I actually liked the Ki bowie, too. The price was a bit , but it did feel pretty good in the hand and was well balanced and sharp as sh*t.

Nice meeting ya at the show!:)

It was great meeting everyone at the show.

Roger, I didn't forget you on the stag.

Peter

Thanks Danbo and Peter. Peter I think I am going with the top one don't skin me for cutting of the pedicule on the middle one. I am keeping the second one for future projects you taught me to stock up and I am giving Bill the last one to to keep as a gift. Maybe one of you will get it on a knife some day.

Hey JP:

Is that your dog on the bottom of your posts? It looks like a Dogo or is he a big pit? Great looking dog either way.

Thanks:

James

It is a Dogo . I have him (Jack) and his son (Tuco) thanks

I was told it was Samurai steel by the vendor but I do not think it is. One of the pieces I have I believe is Samurai steel and the other is definately not. This one looks in between has more grain structure then one and less than the other. For those of you that do not know what we are talking about Shiva gets one price for mono steel and another much higher for what he calls Samurai steel. Either way I bought it thinking and believeing it is not his samurai steel

i believe his sam's steel are basically damacuss or jap's folded steel. Any by the look of that pic, i really dont see the grain. or it could be there and the pic simply dont show it. Anyway, still a nice one though:)
