Hello everyone!
Today I have a Western Style Chef Knife for sale! The blade is 6 1/4” and the overall length is 11 1/4 inches.
The knife is a full flat with a slightly convex, razor sharp edge. The knife is made from Nitro-V stainless steel and was heat treated and tempered in a digital controlled Evenheat knife kiln, plate and air quenched to achieve 62 RW which is perfect for this knife.
Handles are stabilized Indian Ebony and Fire resin which i meticulously pieced together. The knife has a very stunning appearance in hand.
