Westinghouse ivory micarta

Does anyone know of a manufacturer that has a product anywhere close to the old Westinghouse ivory micarta I have seen it on eBay and it's a little too pricey for me thanks

It really was a great material

Man I wish someone would re-invent the wheel on this stuff my dad used it in the seventies and it ages so nice

I believe a reasonable facsimile could be made using paper from manila folders.

Hey Burt, I didn't know you knew how to use a computer...or, that they had computers in Tom Bean. Welcome to BladeForum! You might try some of the "fabricated antique ivory" from Jantz. I bought a set of scales and though I've not used them yet, they seem pretty decent. They do not look like the old Westinghouse stuff but they do look closer to aged ivory.
