Westinghouse Ivory Micarta?

Many years ago I was having problems with polishing compound finding it's way into the surface of finished handles of Westinghouse ivory micarta. Norplex made me a batch of 1000-2000 pounds using far greater pressure than normal and I got a product that stayed ivory color and was hard to tell from the real thing. Sadly, when it was gone they refused to make another batch.

In a few days with any luck, you'll get to see how the stuff looks, finished out by knifemaker Dan Burke :) Stay tuned

I'm going to go out on a limb here and make a prediction. It's going to look like expertly finished off-white plastic. :D

(ooops...I forgot to say expertly HAND FINISHED off-white plastic)
