We've got motion. Hang on to your shorts.

..is and has been thru history a cornerstone in the military. It should be a cornerstone also the each individual. Discipline does have to be beat into one's skin every now and agin...

In the ancient world, discipline and tight formation kept an army from breaking, and could dissuade an opposing force from engaging. When the army moves as one organism, it is a scary and effective force. I suspect little has changed, other than the engagement ranges...

Thanks n2s.

Any comments on this source. I found the article notably lucid and free of obvious hyperbole. And the report of destruction of a communications center albeit through the use of bombs with new guidance systems, stands in marked contrast to the report of a new fantastic munition designed to somehow find and destroy fiber-optics networks as reported in the Debka version.

I suspect that the overall description of an operation slowly but inexorably gearing up is correct.

This stuff reminds me of an old proverb which goes along the lines of;
"We all wind up where we're headed, if we don't change our ways"

Good situational awareness guys, this definitely doesn't sound like "sabre rattling".:eek:

Most of the information mentioned in the article has been in circulation for several months. This is just a good intelligent high level compilation of what we have been hearing. I would say it is very credible, but as with everything else, subject to interpretation. It can be argued that some of these troops are on training exercises, or other unrelated missions. We will find out in hindsight.
