Wexford Skinner-Elmax/Spalted Oak

This is one of my large Wexford skinners. The blade is 1/8" Elmax stainless steel at 61 HRC. I did the heat treat and cryo treatment. It features a full height flat grind with a machine finish. The handle is a beautiful piece of spalted oak, stabilized and dyed by K&G. The handle pins are stainless Corby bolts. This is a great hunting and skinning knife.
OAL: 8" Blade: 4" This knife includes a RH leather sheath made with Wickett and Craig leather.

Absolutely beautiful knife. I’d happily buy the same knife if you made one with Micarta, added a lanyard hole and it came with a snap style sheath.
