I finished this one this evening, started it a week ago but was consumed by my folder (in the gallery under 'got 'er done')...
Made from a file, tempered to 58-60rc.,7 3/4" long, 5/32" thick, 4 1/8"Natural canvas handle, bronze pins, 3 3/8" cutting edge, Comes w/ 7-8oz. handstiched leather sheath. $65 shipped conus w/ 100% mbg. Thanks for looking!

Hey what a coincidence, I've been messing w/ this knife at home for a coupla weeks, but just took it out for some hard use yesterday. See my post on the first 'whatchacallit' below. The one above has a slightly longer effective handle, which is a good thing. This is now my favorite hollow grind knife and one of my favorite users, period. It has something to do w/ the tapered handle...? I'll give y'all an hour - maybe.

The knife was waiting for me at my office. The pictures only told part of the story !! The knife is perfectly crafted and extremely sharp. Your work in turning an old file into something useful and attractive is most appreciated. This knife will actually see use!!! Thank you.
