Since I received my Warlock back, thanks again to Narruc1 !, I finished up a horizontal sheath for it and I really love this knife, I'll wear it for quite a while now!
Before I sold it I had formed the top section and that laid around on my shelf for all these many months, whispering to me to get the knife back and finish up the sheath...mammoth ivory handled knives can do that to you, you know! So here she is wrapped up!

It was a pleasure sharing your knife with you Gary, and that it found it's way home. :D :D
It looks real good in that sheath! ;)
Enjoy buddy!

Here is a nice WD Pease, with excellent Sheep Horn scales and tapered tang, very sweet!

have to do the old copy and paste to view the pic...sorry folks!

It's worth the trouble though, as it's a very nice knife!

That is a beauty Gary! I'm really starting to get partial towards those wharncliffs. I have a spydie Viele but the darned thing is impossible to hold, kind of like a slippery banana. I'm working on a new wharncliff folder right now though with a piece of damascus from Bruce Evans, ti liner, and Bocote scales. It's going to be pretty nice although I still have ways to go. Making is tough!

i picked up a really nice wharnecliff folder from bladezealot at the memphis second annual knife show today.....handmade/custom by mike sanders with carbon fiber handles, three inch D2 blade, blue titanium liners with blue titanium liner lock...it also came with a horizontal kydex sheath made by russ (bladezealot) the has a really neat design.....no pocket clip but i can live with that....i also noticed that many of the makers there had wharnecliff fixed blades in the 2.5 to 3.5 inch range and the design seemed very popular particularly with the five or so makers i saw from arkansas.....feverdoc
