If you'd be willing to step juuuuuust outside of your price range, the Kizer Splinter is an incredible value.

S35vn Ti Framelock with ceramic bearings in the pivot. Most retailers have them for 115-120, and the 'bay often has a listing or two around 112 shipped.

I own slippies with a wharncliffe blade. Probably not what you're looking for.
