Thanks for stopping by and checking out my work!

Today i have a Wharncliffe with my newer handle design.

This one has a 600 grit satin finish with a 0000 steel wool rubdown horizontally.

The steel is 1095 from new jersey steel baron, heat treated by Brad at peters heat treat, to 58 Rockwell.

All edges are flawless satin finished with the same steel wool treatment.

The black linen micarta were an absolute pleasure to work with and will be doing more in the future.

The handle is sanded to 220 grit and was given a full contouring and palm swell to give it a nice texture and grip.

The pins and the lanyard tube are 410 stainless steel.

I am quite proud of the blade profile meeting the handle so flawlessly.

Kydex sheath included your choice of pancake or taco sheath (0.080 kydex) and i have orange, navy camo, blue, black, and skulls
(I personally think the black would look best)
I will be doing tek-lok or any other configuration.

Blade is not sharpened yet as that will happen closer to shipment time.

First ill take it, gets it. PayPal is preferred, Price is $125 sold shipping included.

Again, thanks for looking at my work and any comments or questions are welcomed.

Wow, that is lovely.
Where is this heat treat place.
I am looking for a quality worker to do this on my folder blade. But this part is so new to me.
PM on the way.
I have a folder in the works, but I will certainly be asking you for some advice along the way.
Outstanding my friend!

Very nice. I agree, the whole thing "flows" very nicely together and I really like all the spine and handle contours. I'm on a temporary knife freeze, but I'll look forward to seeing more from you.

Thanks matt! Looks like you and i are on the same boat here. I am having my new series of blades waterjetted and have one folding model in the works.

If you'd like, ill shoot you the cad files tomorrow and you can take a look at them and tell me what you think.

as for My heat treatment, Peters heat treat is what i recommend if you do more than 10+ blades at a time because of his pricing system.

Anyways, enough rambling.
