Hello folks, I need to stop making knives with these light colored handles . I have a hard time getting the beauty of them photographed with my limit skills .

The handle scales on this knife are Fossil Walrus Ivory . About 80 percent is the marble interior secondary Dentine with the rest being the solid white primary dentine . You will find a couple of small surface cracks common with this material so I have sealed and treated the scales to 5 coats of thin CA. glue and then brought up to a high polish .

In a couple of pics I tried to capture the marble texture . Now for specs .

Steel is 5/32" ATS-34 , heat treated in my shop to an Rc. 60-61 .

O.A.L is 6-3/4"

Blade is 2-7/8" tip to handle and 7/8" wide edge to spine . It is hollow ground with a scotchbright belt satin finish .

Sharpened edge is at 2-5/8"

Handle is Fossil Walrus Ivory with Red and White Liners and Mosaic pins.

Sheath is right or left hand carry , 9 oz leather .

SOLD

$265.00 includes the shipping in the USA , international friends write for cost please . Pay-pal or Postal M/O.
My PP is sugarland@wwest.net .

I have a similar one that Jack made and not only does it look sensational but it feels very good, very solid in the hand.

I'll take this one Jack. Paypal incoming. What a knife.

Thank you Steve . I will pack her up now and get to the PO . It is a beautiful piece , my pictures just could not capture the marble dentine . I believe you will be pleased .
