Wharncliffe Wednesday but it's not Wednesday

I like the blade shape as they are easy to sharpen. I have come to really enjoy using them.

Love 'em. Super useful blade shape.

Thanks for all the great pics.

Anyone see the benchmade immunity series from shot show. I saw videos, look great.

I'm a new Wharncliffe convert having just bought a Yojumbo and a Watu in the same week... Loving this thread (or maybe I'm not from a money standpoint-that Rassenti frame lock earlier has me drooling!)

My favorite blade shape for a user.

I carried one just like this for a few years in an office/warehouse environment. It was Kit's favorite, too, a small Model 21. Actually, a coping blade but close to a Wharnie:

A truer Wharncliffe:

From a legend, a Jimmy Fikes, so well done:

I too, echo the sentiments of others in this thread: finer tips and precise points make for great control of the point when piercing, and a straight edge is easier to sharpen. Plus, my personal daily use needs require a knife with out much edge belly.

Yesterday I ordered my ”last knife for a while” and then you people posted those gorgeous Bradfords and my pledge is out the window.

I recently got a Dragonfly wharncliffe in M390 and it’s already become a fixture in my pocket, even if I’m carrying something else too. Love the blade shape for its control, leverage and aesthetics.
