Wharncliffe Wednesday... Traditional Knives Only

Great idea John! I saw your thread earlier this morning and I took out a few Wharncliffe’s to make sure I can participate. These two are the only two wharnie’s in my collection until GEC produces some more! Hopefully a Barlow 🤞 but they’re a great 🦒 pair! Oddly enough I think the wharncliffe is my favorite blade shape and I deeply regret skipping the latest 47 run. I may need to make a trade post to tryna and add a few more soon

Nice Gary, I find a small Wharncliffe blade very useful too. 😎👍
Belated thanks, Todd. :)

I mentioned that the wharncliffe blade of the Vic Minichamp I posted last week was either the first or second wharncliffe blade I ever owned. The other wharncliffe blade in that category is the one showed on the right in the photo below of a Chinese Schrade 44OT (basically a little stockman with a wharncliffe blade added):

Main or Secondary... I think it all counts here. 🤠
Good. I have one more for later then. Not sure if it is intended as the primary or secondary tho ... the pen blade is the same size ... I use the Wharncliffe blade more than the pen blade on my SAK Mini Champ, so I guess regardless of Victorinox's view/opinion, it is the primary Mini Champ's (knife) blade s'far as I'm concerned. 🤔🙂
