Yup, the bolsters are CF.. I'm digging the black on black look. 
The liners are anodized as are the sides of the clip, but not the face of the clip. It's really quite nice! And mirror polished on the spine of the blade and the false grind, and satin on the rest. Very smooth, didn't know what to expect, never having handled a devilliers knife, but I am really happy with it!

Excellent blade shape. I really am starting to like wharncliffe blades. What is the material that was used for the handle?
