I have two knives up here.

One is another of my necker challenge designs (again, not sure what I'm sending yet, but I'm making a bunch so I can choose)

Wharncliffe style blade profile in 1/8 15N20 steel, full quench and temper, with a scandivex style grind.

Overall, this one is 6 3/4 inches with a blade length of 3 inches.

Handle material is ipe, with 1/8 inch bronze pins.

Sheath is a Koyote Girl made deep pouch neck sheath made for upright carry.

Asking price on this one is $125 SOLD

Sgian Dubh

This is one of my modern Sgian Dubh blades. I've started doing a Sgian Achlais model, and this one is up there in Rob Roy territory. It is beefy in the handle and MUCH longer than the average.

Overall, the length is 9 1/2 inches, with a blade length of 4 3/4 inches. The handle length inside the guard is 4 1/2 inches- very generous for a knife of this type.

The blade is 1/8 inch 1084, full quench and temper, with some draw down in the tang and rear spine. Edges are convex ground, and both sides are sharp. Steel is finished to a hand rubbed 600 grit and then wiped at 800 grit.

Handle is dark brown canvas micarta with grey spacers. Finish level is the same as the knife blade, and a final finish with linseed oil gives it a nice look but leaves it grippy. Pins are 1/4 inch mosaic.

Sheath is an IWB (in the waistband) model. I often do multiple sheaths with these and if another belt sheath or hose/sock sheath is desired, I can add that on for a reasonable cost.

Asking $190, COLOR="#FF0000"]SOLD[/COLOR]
thanks!

Oh man, the money gods are against me or that dubh would be coming my way. Oh well, I like black handles on these anyway, right? right?

Looking good!
