What´s in Your pockets when you leave home?

OK here goes...

Right Front, CR Small Sebenza with a Photon II (White) on the lanyard.
A Colt Pony Pocket Lite .380 in a Galco Pocket holster.

Right rear, Wallet

Left rear, Extra magazine with .380 HydraShock ammo or empty (yes empty!)

Left front, Surefire E-1, CR Umfaan with a photon I (red), Mini Bic Lighter or Brunton Helios Butane Lighter.

Watch: G-Shock with a Suunto Clip on compass or a Rolex Stainless Steel Submariner. I also have a Casio Riseman and as soon as I get smart enough to use it I will wear it on occassion.

Hoah! (Its an Army thing!)

This thread has turned out to be fun for several reasons. I just read my own post from a couple of weeks ago. It's amazing how many things have changed in so short a time.
smile.gif

Front Right Pocket:
The Boa has moved into a horizontal belt pouch just above the pocket where it alternates with a Spyderco Native. Its place in the pocket is now occupied full-time by a REKAT Sifu. Yowza!

Rear Right Pocket:
I am no longer carrying the DTL Impact Kerambit because it got in my way too often and it was kind of redundant.

Front Left Pocket:
The Ladybug now belongs to my wife, who carries it on her keychain.

Waist Pouch --
Front Compartment:
I finally quit carrying the SwissChamp. I have other tools that can do everything it does. It's the end of an era...
I replaced the Flame Thrower lighter with a Vector Gear lighter.

I hadn't realized how much I swap things around. Someday I will find the perfect arrangement and never change it again.

After reading some of these posts I feel like I travel kinda light. Well here goes:

-one of these three in front right pocket:
MT SOCOM elite auto
MT MUDT
MT SOCOM M/A
-left front pocket:
SAK "rambler"
keys, with Photon II
-left back pocket
wallet

thats it for now (Kel-Tec P-32 coming soon for right back pocket
biggrin.gif
)

Hope you like yours as well as I like mine!

I generally carry an H&K P7, but the Kel-Tec P32 is perfect for those occasions when I just can't conceal anything larger. It takes up less space than my Sifu.

Wow, I thought I was the only who traveled kinda heavy. Few people but me know why, and I can't really explain it. I guess I usually tell people "gota have the right tool for the job". This ususaly results in "oh" and eye rolling. Ok

Pants:
Front right: Keyring, keys, Photon II, micra. Spyderco rescue.
Right rear. Wallet with extra keys and change
Left Rear: Duct tape (5-10 feet)
Left front: Prinston tec Blast (2AAA light), invisiabe flame lighter, and a swiss army knife.

The Belt:
Gerber multitool
Leatherman wave
Mini-mag
Loop for 3D mag (special occations)
Radio holtser (2M/440 Icom Z1A)
Cell phone
Prinston tec rage(4AAA light)
Mini-mag with red lens
Head strap for the mini-mags
Pen
Mini-screwdriver
The belt is a Blackhawki repelling belt rated to 2000# or something,(just in case??)

Good Boots

I have the gear perminantly attached to the repelling belt that I wear over my regular belt and tie it all together with belt keepers. This a great way to manage things. I can "gear up or down" in 1 min. I am looking to replace the 4AAA light with a surefire 9P or 8XN or streamlight stinger. Tough decision.

I also have my STAN (Stuff That's Always Needed) bag that goes every where with me, but that has way too much to list here.

OK, I'll play...

Right Front pocket:
Spyderco Endura, plain blade
Leatherman micra w/white Photon Micro

Left Front Pocket:
Spyderco Delica, plain blade
Tube of Carmex
$5 bill (well, sometimes!)

Right Rear Pocket:
Wallet
Mini Maglight AAA

Belt:
KelTec P40
Leatherman Wave
Pager
Nokia 5190
Keys on ASP Key Defender(stuck in waistband)

Vest:
Small Survival Kit
Small First Aid Kit
Surefire 6P

Wow, I didn't think it was that much....

RF-key ring with car and house keys, plus alarm remote, plus the ever changing clipped tip up only, currently a DC Monroe Chimera (small Sebenza or Crawford Assasin frame lock)

LF-Paper money folded in half, no clip, there just too bulky, and Chapstick.

RR-Stingray or Tumi Calfskin Wallet, just C Cards and ID, one card with some phone numbers.

LR-Empty.

Left wrist, Timex Chrono, cheap, accurate, lightweight and waterproof.(resistant to 50 meters)

I also carry a small backpack, has alot of stuff in it, always down sizing, I never leave anything in my car I dont want to lose. The important stuff in the pack,

Surefire 6P with P61 120 lumen lamp.
Fisher military Spacepen, all black nitrogen charged refill, writes underwater! Cool.
2 Photons on zippers as pulls, one inside and one outside.
Streamlight 4 AAAA LED pen light.
Jumbo large Cold Steel full serrated lockback.
Kershaw black ano diamond screw together sharpener.
Small Snap-On screw driver, has phillips #2 on one end and blade on the other.
Check book
Small plain paper note pad.
Small band aid holder with about six in it from knife show.
Some little Erickson cell phone, no idea what model but it works great.
Nail clippers, Leatherman micra, and assorted other spair keys, etc...
Cant forget the Advill!
The pack is also big enough to carry the Charter Arms .44 Bulldog when I need to, with a couple of speed loaders too.

I think the next gadget for me is a Surefire E2, I need to check one out in person, was not really impressed with the output of the E1.
Matt

Right front pocket: REKAT Pioneer, Chapstick
Left rear pocket: nothing
Right rear pocket: wallet

My goodness...I thought I had a bunch to load up in the mornings...

RF: clipped to pocket -- BM Stryker (partially serrated) and Sure Fire E-1

LF: Photon II (turqouise...DON'T LAUGH!) attached to Buck Lie II mini tool, Neutrogena lipstuff.

RR: Wallet (with not much in it!)

When wearing cargo pants (gotta' love 'em) Compaq Aero 1550 in left leg pocket and wallet goes in right leg.

SOON TO BE ADDED:
MT UDT in quick access Kydex belt sheath (or in a neck sheath) -- thanks to Normark!
New Traser Green key ring to be added to regular keys.
That change caddy thing that someone mentioned a few days ago...the "Crawly Changer."

Two questions--

CD: where di you get the kydex wallet and do you have a pic of it?

:Why would you carry an empty pistol mag?

Great topic--thanks!
